Richard (nurse) told me what was going on and what I was waiting for and how long it would take, normally I'm stuck somewhere and ignored but they spoke to me etc.

All staff extremely patient and caring. It's a shame they don't have a bit more time to spare for a bit of a chat. My only improvement would be that when I used the call button it sometimes took ages for anyone to come.
